The hotel had a cute theme from an old factory, the rooms were basic but fine. Easy subway access to Manhattan. Some minor issues with amenities and service, but overall a decent stay. It’s not perfect, but the price and location make it worthwhile for a visit to NYC.

However, the lack of certain amenities and cleanliness oversights detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was top and close to subway and both Manhattan & Brooklyn. Brilliantly friendly, accommodating staff team is on a request which was a pleasant surprise.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel, the Collective Paper Factory. the individual feel and fantastic rooms were a real plus. the gym was amazing, with a boxing bag, free weights, TRX bands, and various cardio equipment. the location was also great, with a subway to Manhattan just a few steps away. There were cool bars nearby, and I even attended a party. the hotel's design, with its use of wood, was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect, just a small issue. the room didn't exactly match the photo on the website, and our Manhattan view didn't materialize on the third floor.

The staff guided me on my first visit; it's ideal for me. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar. Perfect amenities, I don't need anything else. I'll be back for New Year.

Collective Paper Factory was a great hotel, to be redone on a next trip to New York! decoration is very original and hotel played the game until the end on the rehabilitated factory side. staff was very friendly, our room was spacious and very large shower was very nice.

One downside, breakfast is very limited. Included in our reservation, we were only allowed one tea or coffee, one fruit and one pastry (only three different choices of pastries and identical each morning). What a pity!

Street noise because of single glazing. Shower without knob and curtain. No vacuum cleaner so no hair. No choice of beer at the bar compared to the menu and restaurant only makes sandwiches with chips to eat and orders from nearby restaurants.

location of this hotel is excellent. In front of the subway, 15 minutes from Time Square. staff at the reception is very pleasant we changed rooms the first day because we were not satisfied, no problem this was done immediately for a superb room. setting of this hotel is exceptional and beds are very comfortable. We were on the fifth floor with a very pleasant view over the rooftops. hotel is also very well soundproofed. Far from the tumult of Manahattan it allowed us to rest well in the evening, South American district proposes bars and restaurants open all the time.

Unfortunately the hotel was under construction, rebuilding the entrance with closure of the bar, restaurant but to compensate for the breakfast was free for the 8 days we spent.

When there was a slight issue with the billing, the manager swiftly intervened and resolved it with professionalism. the location, situated in an industrial area, was convenient as it was close to the subway for easy access to the city's attractions.

My friends and I had a blast hanging out in the super cool game room with a foosball table and shuffleboard. The lounge was chill for chilling and had a dope kitchen to make snacks before hitting the town. The funky design and fun activities were perfect for our crew of young party-goers.

If there was a wilder, more happening nightlife scene nearby, it would have been lit for us to keep the party going after we got back from exploring the city.

It offered a great selection of yoga mats, cardio, and free weight equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even during my busy schedule. Additionally, having a 24-hour front desk and fitness center at the hotel ensured convenience and peace of mind, knowing that assistance and workout facilities were accessible at any time.

Our kids absolutely loved the open spaces, the funky design, and the game room with a foosball table and table tennis. It was a blast seeing them get stuck into a game of shuffleboard in the playroom, and we enjoyed spending time in the spacious lounge with seating and kitchen facilities.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding a designated children's play area for families with kids.

I absolutely love this place! This was my second time staying at the Collective Paper Factory and it won't be my last. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I was even given a free upgrade to the beautiful Manhattan Loft. The vintage-style metal furniture adds a unique touch to the spacious rooms. The location is perfect, with easy access to the R-train that takes you directly to the center of Manhattan. And being in an old factory adds an interesting charm to the building. a great choice for a stay in Queens!

The vintage, industrial, retro, and artsy design of the hotel was truly magnificent. The coffee shop was a great place to relax and have a delicious cup of coffee.

Even though there were a few minor issues during our stay, such as flaky front desk service and limited control over the room's A/C, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

The accessible room is incredibly spacious with wide pathways and handy grab bars in the shower and toilet area, making it super easy for me to move around. The rustic leather couches and kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave in The Lofts felt so cozy and homey.
